RESOL7ED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM
SECTION 1. That whereas, on the. day of March,
1923, said Board of Trustees, by resolution, rejected all bids
a
and proposals for furnishing /certain gas heating system to said
city, in accordance with specifications therefor adopted by said
Board of Trustees on the 23rd day of February, 1923, marked and
designated "Gas Heating System for the new Anaheim City Hall
Building," and are on file in the office of the City Clerk of
said city.
SECTION 2. NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the
City of Anaheim does hereby declare and determine that, in its
opinion, said materials and supplies may be furnished at a lower
price in the open market, and that it is hereby ordered and
resolved that said materials and supplies be purchased in the
open market as provided by law.
