IN THE MATTER OF PAVING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SOUTH WEST STREET AND
NORTH EMILY STREET IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim:
That those certain specifications marked and designated
"Specifications No. 28, for the construction of street paving
with hydraulic concrete base and asphaltic concrete wearing
surface," prepared by 0. E. Steward, City Engineer of the City
of Anaheim, and which were filed in the office of the City Clerk
of the said city on the Sth day of March, 1923, be and they
are hereby adopted as the specifications for the work of paving
the roadway of South West Street from the southerly property line
of West Center Street produced westerly across the roadway of
said. South West Street to the northerly property line of West
Broadway Street produced westerly across the roadway of said
South West Street (excepting therefrom that portion of the road-
way of South West Street lying between the northerly property line
of West Chestnut Street produced easterly to the center line of
the roadway of said South West Street -and the southerly property
line of West Chestnut Street produced easterly to the center line
of the roadway of said South West Street); and for the work of
paving the roadway of North Emily Street from the southerly
property line of East Chartress Street produced easterly across
the roadway of said North Emily Street to the northerly property
line of East Center Street produced easterly across the roadway of
said North Emily Street; and that those certain plans and profiles
numbered " 1 22" and 1 "23", and designated as "Plan of proposed im-
provement of South West Street," and "Plan of proposed improve-
ment on North Emily Street, ", prep red by 0. E. Steward, City
Engineer, and which were filed in'the office of the City Engineer
of said city on the 15th day of March, 1923, be and they are here -

by adopted as the plans and. profiles for the herein described.

And it is further resolved that said specifications be
and remain on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim and that said plans and profiles be and remain on file
in the office of the City Engineer of said city, and that the
same may be hereafter referred to for all purposes by the designa-
tions herein mentioned and contained.
The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
and was signed, approved and attested by me, this 15th day of
March, 1923.
