IIN THE MATTER OR PAVING CERTAIN ALLEYS IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.
RESOLUTION RESCINDING ACTION OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES.
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
# Anaheim :,
That whereas, said Board of Trustees on the 16th day
of August, 1923., passed and adopted a resolution declaring Edward
l Garrison in default in the matter -6n- -bohe- f of Vdj performance
!of his contract with the City of Anaheim for the paving of certain'
alleys as provided for in resolution of the intention number 171,
heretofore adopted by said Board.
Now therefore, said Board of Trustees hereby rescinds
its said action in passing and adopting said resolution declaring
said contractor in default and said Edward B. Garrison is hereby
gfanted an extension of sixty days from and after the eithth day
of August, 1923, within which to perform and complete his said cony
tract.
