adopted by the Berard of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim by resolution on
the 15th day of March, 1923, and ar*
on file In the office of the City En-
gineer in said city, and which speci-
fications were adopted by the Board
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim OU
the 8th day of September, 1921, and
are marked and designated "Speelft-
cations Number 27, for the construc-
tion of street paving with hydraulic
concrete, in the City of Anaheim, Cal-
ifornia," and are on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
AND 1 0MEREAS, said Resolution of Intention did contain a
notice of the day, hour and place where any and all persons having
any objections to the said proposed work or improvement may appear
before said Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and show cause
why said proposed. L shouted not be carried out in accord-
ance with said Resolution of Intention No. 171, and .
WHEREAS, Thursday, the 12th day of 1,1 1923, at the
hour of eight otclock P. M1. was therein designated as the day and
and
time when/the chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim, at Room 1, 11asonic Temple Building, at No. 255 East Centerl
Street, in said city, was therein designated as the place where any
and all of such persons might appear before said Board of Trustees
and show cause as aforesaid, and
WHEREAS, thereafter, pursuant to law and to said Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 171, said Recolut,ion of I 7o. 171
was published. twice in the Orange County Plain Dealer, a daily
newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and_ civuulat-
ed in said city, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of

WHEREAS, after the adoption of said Resolution of Inten-
tion, the Street Superintendent did cause to be conspicuously p
ed along the line of said contemplated work or improvement, at the
time and in the form and. ', , '.' ianner prescribed by law, notices of the
passage . of said Resolution of Intention No. 171, as will more
fully appear from the affidavit of 0. E. Steward-, on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, and

7HEREAS, thereafter no owners of property liable to be
assessed for said work did make written protest against the pro-
posed work, within the time prescribed by law, or otherwise,

SECTIO7 1. That all acts and things required by law to
be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order
the doing of said work have been done and complied with.
