SECTIOV 1. That the public interest and convenience
require and the 'Board of Trustees of the City of Anahein., pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention No. 169 of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, which said Resolution of Intention No.
169 was duly passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the
28th day of December, 1952, hereby orders the following described
street work to be done in-said city, to -wit:

hereby appointed commissioners to assess benefits and damages
