RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE BOARD OF TPTISTEES HA8 AOQU TF.ED 6 JURISDICTION TO ORDER THE DOING OF THE WORK- 7 Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim 8 j 1 did, on the 28th day of December, 1922, pass and adopt its 9 Resolution of Intention No. 168 to order the following described 1! 10 street work to be done in said city, to -wit: ' That a 15 -foot alley be opened along and adjoining on 12 the north the northerly line of Lot 27, R1ock "A ", Dolan Tract, 13 �1 as shown on a r:.ap recorded in Book 12, Page 23, Miscellaneous 4 Maps, Records of Orange County, ^alifornia, from the easterly 15 line extended northerly of Lot 27, Block "A ", Dolan Tract, I 16 to a point 100 feet westerly, and 17 That South Citron Street, from the southerly property 8 Tine of West ?roadway Street to a point 165 feet southerly from 1 said southerly property line of West Broadway Street, be widened, 20 i and 21 Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of 22 I' Intention, the Street Superintendent of said city did cause to 23 be conspicuously posted along the said line of said contemplated i 2 1 I� work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and in the form 25 provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resoiution of 26 Intention No. 168, as will more fully appear from the affidavit 2 7 of O.
