RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE BOARD OF TPTISTEES HA8 AOQU TF.ED
6 JURISDICTION TO ORDER THE DOING OF THE WORK-
7 Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
8 j 1 did, on the 28th day of December, 1922, pass and adopt its
9 Resolution of Intention No. 168 to order the following described

10 street work to be done in said city, to -wit:
' That a 15 -foot alley be opened along and adjoining on
12 the north the northerly line of Lot 27, R1ock "A ", Dolan Tract,

as shown on a r:.ap recorded in Book 12, Page 23, Miscellaneous
4 Maps, Records of Orange County, ^alifornia, from the easterly
15 line extended northerly of Lot 27, Block "A ", Dolan Tract,

16 to a point 100 feet westerly, and
17 That South Citron Street, from the southerly property
8 Tine of West ?roadway Street to a point 165 feet southerly from

said southerly property line of West Broadway Street, be widened,

Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of

Intention, the Street Superintendent of said city did cause to
23 be conspicuously posted along the said line of said contemplated

I� work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and in the form

provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resoiution of
26
Intention No. 168, as will more fully appear from the affidavit
2 7 of O. E. Steward, on file in the office of the City Clerk of

the said city, and
Whereas, said Street Superintendent did, at the time
30 fi �, and in the manner required by lacy, cause a notice similar in
3 � � substance to be published for a period of not less than ten

1 days in the Orange Count Plain Dealer, a newspaper of general

2 circulation, printed, published and circulated in said city, as
3 will more fully appear from the affidavit of R. W. Ernest, on

5 Whereas, no person or persons interested in said work
6 or improvement did thereafter make written objection to the
same, in the manner required by law, or otherwise, i
8 Now, Therefore, be it' resolved by the Board of Trustees

10 Section 1. That all acts and things required by law
