7HEREAS, on the 19th day of February, 1923, the Board
of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did duly ass and ado.pt a,
resoltuion entitled "In the :7i. of laying out, opening and
extending of South Illinois Street from the northerly 'Line of
the Lohman Tract to tle weeterly property line of T,Ivlest Broad-
way Street, and the laying out and opening of c, 15-foot alley
from the resterly property line of South Indiana. Street to the
easterly 1-1 7
_�roperty line of South � Street, in the City of
Anahei State of California. Resolution Ordering 1:,Tork," which
said resolution was a b,. I the President of the Board of
Trustees of the City of Anahei on thie 19th d,-,.y of February,
1923, in which said resolution said Board of Trustees did.
appoint J. J. Schneider, Fred xoesel, and J. E. Baker as
commissioners to assess the benefits and dar.111ages and to have
general supervision of the proposed rtork or i#provefnent referred
to in said resolution, to -i the extending of South Illinois
Street, and the opening of F, 1. alley, until the completion
of said - , - proposed work or improve in accordance ir!ith law, and

assessment of benefits and dar'llages and did make a written report
thereof to the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheir. and did_

objections whatsoever to be confirmation of said report, written
or otherwise, were i or filed. within the time soecified in

The foregoing resolution was passed and &dopted by the
