SOUTH WEST STREET, IN THE (:ITY OF ANAHEIM, STATE OF CALIFORNIA.
RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and cozvenience
require and the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention loo. 167 of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, which said Resolution of Intention Igo.
167 was duly passed and adopted by said Roard of Trustees on the
14th day of December, 1922, hereby orders the following described
street work to be done in said city, to-wit:

said city, be IaiT out, opened and ex-
tended from the northerly line of the
Lohman Tract to the westerly pro-
perty line of West Broadway Street,
and that a 15 -foot alley be laid nut
and opened from the westerly pro-
perty line of South Indiana Street to
the easterly property line of South
West Street.
SECTION 2. That the land deemed
necessary to be taken for the laying
out, opening and extending of South
Illinois Street from the northerly line sey fh�

of the Lohman Tract to the
property line of West Broadway Street `
is situate within the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California,
and is described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the present
southerly property line of West
Broadway Street, said point being 235
feet easterly of the intersection of the
present easterly property line of South
West Street and the present southerly
property line of West Broadway
Street; thence easterly along the pres-
ent southerly property line of West
Broadway Street 50 feet; thence
southerly parallel to the easterly pro-
perty line of South West Street 166
feet to the northerly line of the
Lohman Tract, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 15, Page 3, Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California; thence westerly
along said northerly line of the Loh-
man Tract 50 feet; thence northerly
parallel to the easterly property line
of South West Street 165 feet to the
place of beginning.
That the land deemed necessary to
be taken for the laying out and open-
ing of a 15 -foot alley from the west-
erly property line of South Indiana
Street to the easterly property line of
South West Street is situate within
the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, and is
described as follows, to -wit: Begin-
ning at a point on the present east-
erly property line of South West
Street, said point being 150 feet south-
erly from the point of intersection of
the present southerly property line of
West Broadway Street and the pres-
ent easterly property line of South
West Street: thence southerly along
the present easterly property line of
South West Street 15 feet; thence east- .
erly parallel to the present southerly
property line of West Broadway

southerly from the southerly property
line of West Broadway Street; thence
southeriv along the westerly property
line of Indiana Street 15 feet; thence
westerly parallel to the southerly pro-
perty line of West Broadway Street
248.39 feet; thence northerly parallel
to the easterly property line of South
West Street 15 feet; thence easterly
parallel to the southerly property line
of West Broadway Street 248.39 feet
to the place of beginning.
That said Board of
Trustees dld,theretn specify the ex-
terior boundaries of the district of
lands which said Board of Trustees
therein determined and declared_ to be
affected and benefited by said work
and improvement, and to be assessed
to pay the damages, costs and ex-
penses thereof, as follows, to -wit: Be-
ginning at the intersection of the
monumented line of West Broadway
Street and the monumented center line
of South West Street; thence easterly
along the monumented line of West
Broadway Street 695.40 feet to the
center line of South Indiana Street;
thence southerly along said center
line 817.49 feet to the monumented
center line of West Santa Ana Street;
thence westerly along said center line
595.37 feet to the monumented center
line of South West Street; thence
northerly along said center line 817.29
feet to the place of beginning, ex-
cepting therefrom all streets and al-
leys and also excepting the land de-
scribed as land to be taken for the
Improvement. _

of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, be and they
are hereby appointed commissioners to assess benefits and damages
and have general supervision of the proposed Work or improvement
until the completion thereof, in compliance with said Act of the
Legislature.
