up.
SECTION 2. That the land deemed
necessary to be taken therefor and
that portion of said street, herein pro-
posed to be closed up, is situate in
said City of .Anaheim and is described
as fol]ow;, to -wit:
Beginning at a point 413.75 feet
northerly and 160.25 feet westerly from
the southeast corner of Vineyard
Lot "D -6 ", as shown on a map record-
ed in Book 4 of Deeds, Pages 629 and
630, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California, and run-
ning thence westerly parallel with the
southerly line of said Lot "D -6" 524.33
feet, more or les :7% to the southeasterly
corner of Lot 4, Block 2, Resh's Sub-
division, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in Book 4, Page 92, of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
Coantp, California, thence northerly
along the easterly line of said Lot S,
13.25 feet; thence easterly parallel to

All of the herein de-
scribed street work shall be :lone pur-
suant to the provisions of an act of
the Legislature of the State of Cali
fornia, entitled, 'An Act to provide for
laying out, opening, extending, widen -
ing, straightening, or closing up in
whole or in part of any street, square,
lane, alley, court or place within mu-
nicipalities and to condemn and acquire
any and all land and property neces-
sary or convenient for that purpose,"
approved March 6, 1889, and the sev-
eral acts amendatory thereof and sup-
plementary thereto.
