City of Anaheim authorizing and directing the execution
and delivery by and on behalf of said city of a joint
agreement for the construction of a joint outfall server.

hereby resolve as follows:-
Resolved, the.t the President of the Board of Trustees
and Clerk of the City of Anaheim be and are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and to sign in the name and on behalf
of the city of Anaheim and deliver to the City of Santa Ana and
the City ofFullerton the joint agreement contemplated by and for
the purposes set forth in a Resolution of the city of Anaheim,
passed and adopted on the 28th day of September, 1922.
