PR3nLT7TT OF TNTM?TTMI VO' 1 �14 RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anahe im: SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience require and that it is the intention of the Roard of Trustees of the city of Anaheim to order the following described street work to be done in said city, to -wit: That that certain alley, being the easterly and wester- ly alley through Plocke "H" and "I ", Subdivision of Vineyard Lot "D - ", as shown on a mars recorded in Pook 34 of Deeds, Page 592, Records of Los Angeles l ounty, Oal if ornia, from the westerly property line of Forth Olementine Street, in said city, produced across said alley, to the easterly property line of North Helena Street, in said city, produced across said alley, and from the westerly property line of North Helena Street, in said city, produced across said alley, to the easterly property line of North Pala Street, in said city, produced across said alley, be graded to the official grade and paved with hydraulic concrete. Said work shall be done in- accordance with the plans, profiles and specifications therefor, which said plans and pro- files were adopted by the Roard of Trustees of the city of Anaheim on the 6th day of October, 1922, and are numbered "15" and are marked and designated "Plan of pronosed improvement on that certain easterly and westerly alley in Block "H" and Subdivision of Vineyard Lot "D -3 ", Anaheim, California," and are on file in the office of the City Fngineer of said city, and -1- i 1 which said specifications were adopted by the Roard of Trustees 2 of the City of Anaheim, by resolution, on the 8th day of Sept- a ember, 192 and which said specifications are marked and 4 designated "Specification No. 27 for the construction of street 5 waving with hydraulic concrete, in the City of Anaheim, 0alif- 6 ornia," which said specifications are on file in the office of 7 the City Clerk of the city of Anaheim. 8 SECTION 2. Notice is hereby ; niven that on Thursday, 9 the 2 day of October, 1922, at the hour of 8 o'clock, P.M.,, 10 at the chamber of the Roard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, 11 in Room 1 of the Masonic Temple Ruilding, at No. 285 East tenter 12 Street, in the pity of Anaheir, lalifornia, any and all persons 13 having objections to the proposed work or improvement may 14 appear before the Roard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and 15 show cause why said proposed =.pork and improvement should not be 16 carried out in accordance with this resolution. 17 SECTION 3. The Orange County Plain Dealer is hereby 18 designated as the newspaper printed, published and circulated 19 in said city, in which this Resolution of Intention shall be 20 published. 21 The City Clerk of the l ity of Anaheim is hereby direct- 22 ed to publish this resolution by two successive insertions in 23 said newspaper, and to post the same for two days donspicuously 24 on or near the chamber door of the Roard of Trustees of the said 25 City of Anaheim. 26 The Street Superintendent shall immediately cause to 27 be conspicuously posted alonfr the line of said contemplated work 28 or im_rovement at not more than three hundred feet in distance 29 apart, notices of ' the passage of this resolution of intention 30 in the manner and form required by law. 31 All of the herein nroposed work and improvement and 32 -2- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 4101 32 all proceedings talren in regard thereto shall be in pursuance of and in accordance with an Act of the Legislature of the State of California, entitled, "An A.ct to provide for work in and upon streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks within municipalities, and unon nronarty and rights of Tvay owned by municipalities, and for e st abl i shing and changing the grades of any such streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks, and providing for the issuance and paymant of street improvement bonds to represent certain assessments for the cost thereof and ??roviding a method for the paynent of such bonds ", approved April 7, 1911, and all acts amendatory thereof.
