posed to be closed up, is situate in
said City of Anaheim and is described

Beginning at the Northwest corner
of Lot 32, Smith & Dean's Resubdivi-
sion, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 4, Page 31, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California,
and running thence northerly along the

northerly 20 feet thence easterly par-
allel with the northerly line of Lots
32 and 22 of said Subdivision 300 feet,
more or less, to the extended easterly
line of said Lot 22, thence southerly
along said extended easterly line 20
feet to the northeasterly corner of said
Lot 22; thence westerly along the
northerly lines of said Lots 22 and 32
and their extensions 300 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning, except-
ing therefrom the portion included be-
tween the easterly line of said Lot 32
