6 RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:
3ECTIOV 1. That the public interest and convenience

8 require and the board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, pur-
9 suant to Resolution of Intention No. 158 of the Board of Trustees
lfl of the City of Anaheim, which said Resolution of Intention Vo.
11 158 was duly passed and adopted by said Board of Trustees on the
12 27th day of April, 1 hereby orders the following described
13 street work to be done in said city, to -wit: That an alley be
14 laid out and opened in said city, from the southerly property'

line of Pest South Street, to the northerly property line of
16 West Proad Street, in said city.

City of Anaheim, County of Orange., ;
State of California, and is described

as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point
in the present southerly property Line
of West South Street, said point being

seven one- hundredths (182.77) feet
westerly from the point of intersection
of the present southerly prop,�rty line
22 of 'Vest South Street and the present
W property line of South Lemon
Street; thence Easterly along said pres-
ent southerly property line of West
27 South Street twenty -eight and sixty -
five one - hundredths (28.65) feet; thence
Southerly parallel to the present west-
erly property line of South Lemon

eighty -nine and fifteen one - hundredths

and have general supervision of the proposed work or improvement
until the completion thereof in compliance with said Act of the
Legislature.
