Resolution Determining that the Board of Trustees has acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of the work. Whereas, the 'Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did, on the 27th day of April, 1922, pass and adopt its Resolu- tion of Intention No. 158 to order the following described street work to be done in said City, to -wit: That an 18 -foot alley be laid out and opened in said City from the southerly property line of West South Street to the Northerly property line of hest Broad Street, in said City of Anaheim, and Thereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of Intention, the Street Superintendent of said City did cause to be conspicuously posted along the said line of said contemplated work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and in the form provided by law, notice of the Tpassage of said Resolution of Intention No. 158, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of 4. E. Steward, on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim, and Whereas, said Street Superintendent did, at the time and in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in substance to be published for a period of not less than ten days in the Orange County Plain Dealer, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of R. T. Ernest, on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and Whereas, no person or persons interested in said work or improvement did thereafter make written objection to the same, in the manner required by law, or otherwise, Now Therefore Be It Resolved by the Board of Trustees -1- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 of the City of Anaheim. Section 1. That all acts and things required by law to be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order the doing of said work have been done and complied with. Section 2. That said Roard of Trustees does hereby find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of said work in accordance with said Resolution of Intention Rio. 158. The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and attested by me this 14 day of September, 1922.
