Resolved by the Poard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:
That the passage and adoption of a certain resolution
entitled "A resolution of the City of Anaheim, by its Poard
of Trustees, as the Legislative- Branch thereof, determining
that the public interest and also the public necessity demands
the acquisition and construction for said city of certain
Municipal Improvements which are necessary and convenient to
carry out the objects, purposes and powers of the City of Ana-
heim, the cost of which will be too great to be paid out of
the ordinary annual income and revenue of said municipality."

Which said resolution was passed and adopted by said Roard
of Trustees on the 14t'l day of September, 1922, be, and the
same is hereby, rescinded, annulled and set aside.
The foregoing resolution was, at a regular adjourned
meeting of the Poard of Trustees of the Ci #u.of Anaheim, held
on the 6th day of October 1922 passed by the vote of two-
thirds and more of all the members thereof, as follows:
