Resolution Deterrining that the board of Trustees has
acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of the work-
Thereas, the Poard of Trustees of the lity of Anaheim
did, on the 13th day of July, 19^2, pass and ado its Pesolu-
tion of Intention No. 161 to order the following -described
street work to be done in iaid City, to-wit:
That a 15-foot alley be laid out and 0 P'ened in said
City from the
southerly line
of Lot 8
and Lot
9 of Flock "R"
Villa Tract,
in said 1 1ity of
Anaheim
to the
northerly line of
Lot 7 and Lot 10 of said Plock "P", and
Whereas, after the adortion of said Resolution of
Intention, the 3treet lure of said lity did cause to
be conspicuotisly posted along the said line of said contemplat-
ed work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and in the
form provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resolution
of Intention Wo. 161, as will more fully appear fror the
affidavit of 0. F. 3 on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the said City, and
Tlhereas, said. street Surerintendent did., at the time
and in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in
substance to be published for a reriod of not less than ten
days in the Orange County Plain Dealer, a ne of general
circulation, printed, rublished and circulated in said City, as
will more fully appear from the affidavit of R. T. Ernest, on
file in the office of the City 01-Irk of said City, and
'Whereas, no person or persons interested in said work
or improverent did thereafter rake written objection to the
same, in the manner required by lain, or otherwise,
Mow therefore 'be it resolved by the Roard of Trustees

Section 1. That all acts and things required by law
to be done to vest said Board of Trustees with j urisdiction to
order the doing of said work have been done and complied with.
Sect ion 2. That said R oard of Trustees does hereby
find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order
the doing of said work in accordance with said Resolution of
Intention t?o. 161
The foregoing Resolution is signed, arnroved and
