WHEREAS, the Hoard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim did, on the 27th day of April, 10 ?2, pass and adopt its Resolu- tion of Intention Vo. 159, to order the following street work to be done in said city, to-wit: First. That the roadway of North Clementine Street in said city from the !southerly property line of West Cy- pres Street, produced Westerly across the roadway of North Clementine Street to a line produced westerly across the roadway of said North Clementine Street, said line being parallel to and Forty -four and seventy -five hundredths (44.75) feet northerly from the center line of West Center Street (excepting therefrom that portion of the roadway c North Clementine Street lying be- tween the northerly and southerly property lines of West Chartres Street produced westerly across the roadway of said North Clementine Street), be ;_raded to the official grade and paved with hydraulic concrete base and with asphaltic wearing surface. Second. That the roadway of South. Clementine Street in said city, from a' line produced westerly across the road- way of said South Clementine Street, said lire being par aIle] to and distant southerly forty -four and seventy -five hundredths (44.75) feet from the center line of West Center Street, to the northerly property line of West Broad- way Street, produced Westerly across the roadway of said South Clementine Street (excepting therefrom that por- tion of the roadway of said South Clem- entine Street lying between the North- erly and Southerly property lines of Oak Street produced Westerly across the roadway of said South Clementine Street, also excepting therefrom that portion of the roadway of said South Clementine Street lying between the Northerly and Southerly property lines of Chestnut Street produced Westerly across the roadway of said South Clem- entine Street and excepting therefrom that portion of the roadway of said South Clementine Street lying between the Northerly and Southerly property lines of 3rd South Street produced Westerly across the roadway of said South Clementine Street); Be graded to the official grade and paved with hydraulic concrete base and with asphaltic wearing surface. Said work shall be done in accord- ance with the plans, profiles, and ape- cifications therefor, which said plans and profiles were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anahem, by resolution on the 27th day of April, 1922, are numbered "14" and are marked and designated "Plan of proposed im- provements on Clementine Street, Ana- heim Calif.," and are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City, and which said specifications were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim by resolution on the 28th day of July, 1921, and which said specifications are marked and desig- nated "Specifications No. 26 for the Construction of Street paving with hy- draulic concrete base and asphaltic wearing surface in the City of Anaheim, 'California," which said specifications ,are on file in the office of the City__ Clerk of the City of Anaheim. —1— 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 ld 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 AND THEREAS, Said Resolution of Intention did contain a notice of the day, hour and place where any and all persons having any objections to the said proposed work or improvement rray appear before said Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim and show cause Thy said rroposed intrrovenent should not be carried out in accordance with said Resolution of Intention V o - 159, and WHEREAS, Thursday, the 25th day of Vay, 1922, at the hour of eight o'clock P. V. was therein designated as the day and time when and the chariber of the Roard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, at Roam 1, Masonic Tenrle Puilding, at Vo. 255 East Center "treat, in said City, was therein designated as the place where any and all of such persons night appear before said Roard of Trustees and show cause as aforesaid, and WHF,P,F,AS, Thereafter, pursuant to law and to said Resolution of Intention. No. 159, said Resolution of Intention No. 159 was published twice in the a daily newsraper of general circulation, - printed, published and circulated in said City, as will more fully appear from the affidavit of V*nr- � on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of &nahein, and T�HERF&S, after the adortion of said resolution of in- tention, the Street Superintendent did cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work or improvement at the tire and in the .f arm and manner rrescribed by law, notices of the passage of said Resolution of Intention No. 159, as will more fully apy)ear from the affidavit of 0 . E. That all acts and things required by law to be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to order the doing of said work have been done and complied with. SECTION 2. That said Board of Trustees does hereby find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the doin7 of said work in accordance with said Fesolution of Intention No. 159.
