FEET NORTHERLY THEREFROM; ALSO FROM THE NORTH LIVE OF WEST LA
PALMA AVENUE TO THE 30TJTHERLY LIVE OF NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET.
RFSOLDTION ORDERING WORK
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:

SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
require and the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention too. 162 of the Board of Trustees
of the City of Anaheim, which said Resolution of Intention No.
162 was duly passed and adopted by said hoard of Trustees on the
27th day of July, 1922, hereby orders the following described
street work to be done in said City, to -wit:
That North Zeyn Street`
in said city be opened and extended
from the northerly line of West North
Street to a point three hundred thirty
and seventy -five hundredths (330.75)'a
Peet northerly therefrom; also from
the north line of West La Palma Ave-
nue to the southerly line of North
Los Angeles Street.
SECTION 2. That the land deemed
necessary to be taken for said work
and improvement is situate within the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, and is described
as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the most easterly cor-
ner of Lot 14, Bellair Tract, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 12, Page
23, Miscellaneous Maps of Orange
County, California; thence southerly
parallel to the westerly line of North
Los Angeles Street 330.75 feet to the
northerly line of West North Street;
thence easterly along said northerly
line 53 feet; thence northerly parallel
to the westerly line of North Los An-
geles Street 330.75 feet; thence west-
erly parallel to the northerly line of
'"Test North Street 53 feet to the place
of beginning:
Also:
Beginning at a point on the south-
erly line of Lot 1, Babinger Sub., as
shown on a map recorded in Book 7,
Page 23; Miscellaneous Maps of Orange
County, California, said point being
18.69 feet easterly from the south-
westerly corner of said Lot 1; thence
northerly 105.54 feet to a point on the
northerly line of Lot 2, of said Bab -
inger Sub., said point being 10.78 feet
westerly from the northeasterly corner
of said Lot 2; thence easterly along
the northerly line of said Lot 1, 76.32
feet to a point: thence southerly 64.83
feet to a point on the southerly line
of said Lot 1, which is 73.56 feet east-
erly from the said southwesterly cor-
ner of Lot 1, thence westerly along
said southerly line 54.87 feet to the
point of beginning.
That said Board of Trustees did
therein specify the exterior boundaries
of the district of lands which said
Board of Trustees therein determined
iand declared to be affected and bene-
fited by said work and improvement,
and to be assessed to pay the dam-

ages, costs and expenses thereof, as
follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the point of intersec-
tion of the northerly line of West
North Street with the easterly line of
North Lemon Street and running
thence northerly along said easterly
line of Lemon Street and its exten-
sion across La Verne Street and La
Palma Avenue, to its intersection with
the southerly line of North Los An-
geles Street; thence southeasterly and
southerly along the southerly and
westerly line of North Los Angeles
Street and its extension across La
Palma Avenue and La Verne Street, `
to its intersection with the said north-
erly line of West North Street; thence
westerly along said northerly line to
its intersection with the extended
westerly line of 'the North and South
Alley in Block "E."
Zeyn Tract Annex No. 2, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 9, Page
24, Miscellaneous Maps and Records
of Orange County, California, thence
southerly along said westerly line 'of
Alley and its extension to the north-
erly line of West Wilhelmina Street;
thence westerly along said northerly
line of Wilhelmina Street and its ex-
tension across Zeyn Street to the east-
erly line of the North and South Alley
through Block "F" of said Zeyn Tract
Annex No. 2; thence northerly along
said easterly line of Alley and its ex-
tension 'to the northerly line of West
North Street; thence westerly along
said northerly line to the point of be-
ginning.
SECTION 3. Tha

of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, be and they
are hereby appointed commissioners to assess benefits and
damages and have general supervision of the proposed work or
improvement until the completion thereof in compliance with
said Act of the Legislature.
