RESOLUTION OF INTENTION N4. 162
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AVAHEIM DE-
CLARING ITS INTENTIONI TO ORDER THE OPENING AND EXTENDING OF NORTH
ZEYN STREET IN SAID CITY FROM THE NORTHERLY LINE OF WEST NORTH
STREET TO A POINT THREE HUNDRED THIRTY AND SEVENTY ^FIVE HUNDREDTHS
(330.75) FEET NORTHERLY THEREFROM; ALSO FROM THE NORTH LINE OF
WEST LA PALMA AVENUE TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF NORTH LOS ANGELES
STREET.
Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:
SECTION 1. That the public interest and convenience
require and-that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim to order the following described street work
to be done in said city, to
That Forth Zeyn Street in said city be opened and' extend-1
ad from the northerly line of West North Street to a point three
hundred thirty and seventy -five hundredths (330.75) feet northerly
therefrom; also from the north line of West La Palma Avenue to the
southerly line of forth Los Angeles Street.
SECTION 24 That the land being necessary to be taken
for said work and improvement is situate within the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, and is described
as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of Lot 14,
Rellair Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Rook
Page 23, Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County, Calif-
ornia; thence southerly parallel to the westerly line
of North Los Angeles Street 330.75 feet to the north-
erly line of West 'North Street; thence easterly along
said northerly line 53 feet; thence northerly parallel
to the westerly line of North Los Angeles Street
330.75 feet; thence westerly parallel to the northerly
line of West North Street 53 feet to the place of
beginning.
Al so:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Lot 1,
Babinger Sub., as shown on a map recorded in Book 22,7
Page 23, Miscellaneous 'Maps of Orange County, Calif-
ornia, said point being 18.69 feet easterly from the
southwesterly corner of said Lot 1; thence northerly
105.54 feet to a point on the northerly line of Lot 2,
of said Rabinger Sub., sadd point being 10.78 feet
westerly from the northeasterly corner of said Lot 2;
thence easterly along the northerly line of said Lot
