RESOLUTION NO. 72R-400

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING VARIANCE NO. 2406.
WHEREAS, after a request for variance by MR. and MRS.
DONALD L. Me INTOSH, OWners, A.S.A.W.A. Corporation, Agent, was
received, a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the
City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice as a result
of which Variance No. 2406 was denied covering the following
described property:
Lot No.2 of Tract No. 1940 as shown in Book 82, pages
8 to 10 of Miscellaneous Maps in the Office of the Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by
law an interested party or the City council on its own motion
caused the review of said Planning Commission action at a public
hearing noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result
thereof the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. There is no substantial property right possessed
by other property in the same vicinity and zone
and denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the Subject property can be ade-
quately developed and used under the present zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that said Variance be and the same is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of September, 1972.
