PXSOLUTION NO. 72R-395

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN~lEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 68-69-32.
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF TRACT NO. 7676.
l~EREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 3rd day of December,
1968, the City Council did adopt Res@lution No. 68R-738 in
Reclassification Proceedings No. 68-69-32, finding and determining
that the property and area therein d~scribed should be changed
from R-A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE to R-2-5000, ONE-FAMILY ZONE, subject
to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the Conditions set forth in said resolution have not been complied
with by the applicant, and that said proceedings for the reclassi-
fication of said property should be terminated, with the exception
of Tract 7676, reclassified under Reclassification No. 68-69-32(1),
pursuant to Ordinance No. 3037.
NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with appli-
cation 68-69-32 for a change of zone be, and the same are hereby
terminated and that Resolution No. 68R-738 be, and the same is
hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date, with
the exception of Tract No. 7676, reclassified under Reclassifica-
tion iJo. 68-69-32(1), pursuant to Ordinance No. 3037.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of September, 1972.
