RESOLUTION NO. 72R-385
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FIRST AMENDMENT
TO COMMUNITY CENTER FACILITY LEASE AND FIRST AMENDMENT
TO SITE LEASE AND AUTHORIZING AND RATIFYING EXECUTION
OF DOCUMENTS REASONABLY NECESSARY FOR THE ISSUANCE,
SALE AND DELIVERY OF REVENUE BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim
Union High School District have heretofore executed a
Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (as arnended), dated
for convenience as of March I, 1965, providing for the
financing and construction of Community Center Additions
for the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Union High
School District, together with incidental facilities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim as follows:
I. The forms of amendments to leases presented
to this City Council and entitled "First Amendment to
Community Center Facility Lease", dated for convenience
as of August l, 1972, and "First Amendment to Site Lease",
dated for convenience as of August l, 1972, are hereby
approved. The City Clerk is directed to file a copy of
said forms of amendments to leases with the minutes of

this meeting and the Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to affix the seal of the City
and to attest said arnendments to leases in substantially
the forms hereby approved.
2. The Mayor, City Manager, City Clerk,
Director of Finance and all other City officers
are each hereby authorized and directed in the name
and on behalf of the City of Anaheim, to take any and
all steps and to issue and deliver any and all certificates,
requisitions, agreements, notices, consents and other
documents, which they, or any of them, might deem
necessary or appropriate in order to consummate the
lawful issuance, sale and delivery of $8,000,000 principal
amount of Community Center Authority Revenue Bonds, Series B.
3. All actions authorized and directed by this
resolution and heretofore taken are hereby ratified,
confirmed and approved by this City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim on August 29, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Sneegas, Stephenson, Pebley, Thorn and Dutton
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None
