A RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING AND DIFECTING THE
f1AYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF
OF THE CITY THAT CERTAIN AHENDHENT TO LOCAL
AGENCY - STATE TOPICS AGREE~illNT RELATING TO
THE "TOPICS STUDY" ENTITLED T-3041(36) AGREE-
:illNT #25 REVISION NO.1.
'mlEREAS, in connection with the Local Agency - State
Topics Agreement authorized pursuant to City of Anaheim Resolution
No. 70R-610 relating to "Topics Study", the Sta'te of California,
Division of Hi~%hways, has submitted an amendment thereto; and
\1HEREAS, said ~nendment to agreement has been received
by all City departments involved and has been found to be satis-
factory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City of Anaheim to enter into said amendment
to "Topics Study" entitled T-3041 (36) Agreement #25, Revision
No. 1.
JIOT:], THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheil1' that certain amendment to "Topics Study" entitled
n.:'-,3041 (36) Agreement ~'io. 25, Revision No.1 between the City of
Anaheim and the State of California.
