RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 382
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DEDICATING CERTAIN CITY-OWNED
PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM FOR PUBLIC
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim has heretofore acquired
certain real property within the corporate limits of the City
of Anaheim for public purposes; and
~mEREAS, said property is located at the southeast
corner of Orange Avenue and Western Avenue in the City of
Anaheim; and
vlliEREAS, it is indicated and anticipated that the City
of Anaheim will dedicate a certain portion of City-owned property
for public purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim to dedicate a portion of
its City-owned property for public purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it dedicate, and it does hereby
dedicate, as an easement for road and public utility purposes
the following described land situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
Parcell:
An Easement over the real property situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across that portion of the Northwest quarter
of the Southeast quarter of that portion of Section 14,
Township 4 South, Range II West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page ll, Miscell-
aneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:

Beginning at the centerline intersection of Western
Avenue and Orange Avenue, said intersection being the
northwest corner of said Northwest quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 14; thence N 890 19' 15" E along
the north line of said Northwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 14, 342.18 feet; thence S 000 33' 45"
E to a point in the northwesterly line of the 70.00 foot
strip, condemned by the Orange County Flood Control Dis-
trict in Decree recorded March 1, 1962 in Book 6025,
page 242, Official ~ecords of said county; thence S 670
32' 10" W along said north'vlesterly line, 72.38 feet to
the beginning of a curve concave southeasterly and having
a radius of 955 feet, a radial line bearing N 040 15'

thence Westerly along said curve through a central angle
of 020 42' 03" an arc distance of 44.56 feet to the
beginning of a reverse curve concave northwesterly and
having a radius of I,045 feet, a radial line bearing N
060 57' 31" W passes through the point of beginning of
said curve; thence Westerly along said curve through a
central angle of 060 16' 46" an arc distance of 114.53
feet to a point in a line that is parallel with and
distant 57.00 feet southerly of the north line of said
Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section
14, a radial line bearing S 000 40' 45" E passes through
said point; thence Westerly along said parallel line,
45.98 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence
Westerly and Southerly along said curve through a cen-
tral angle of 890 53' 00" an arc distance of 39.22 feet;
thence S 000 33' 45" E, 56.93 feet; thence S 670 32' lO"
W, 26.94 feet; thence S 890 19' 15" W, 30.00 feet to a
point in the west line of said Northwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 14; thence N 000 33' 45"
W along said west line, 148.84 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel 2:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the northerly 53 feet of the West half
of the West half of the Northeast quarter of the South-
east quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range II
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 51, page II, J1iscel1aneous Maps, records
of said Orange County.
Parcel 3:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over,
under and across the northerly 53 feet of the east ten
acres, more or less, of the ~orthwest quarter of the
Southeast quarter of Section 14, Township 4 South, Range
11 West, S.B.B. & M., as shown on a map recorded in Book
51, page II, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange
County.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
she is hereby authorized and directed to record a certified copy
of this resolution in the Office of the County Recorder of the
County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
