A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AU'l1HORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF A RIGHT OF ENTRY LICENSE BETWEEN
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ATCHISON, TOPEKA
AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY IN CONNECTION
WITH CONSTRUCTION OF KELLOGG DRJ:VE, CROSSING
2B-39.2.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim proposes to improve a
portion of Kelloqg Drive on the premises occupied by Santa Fe's
right-of-way: and
WHEREAS, said Railway Company is willing that the
City improve said street across its right-of-way as a public
street crossing and has submitted a License Agreement for the
City's execution, the terms and conditions of which the City
Council finds are satisfactory and should be approved.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute that certain
License Agreement tendered to the City by The Atchison, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Company permitting the construction of
Kellogq Drive over the railway right-of-way at Crossing 2B-39.2.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of August , 1972.
