A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF fu~AHEIM N~ENDING RESOLUTION 6591 AND
APPROVING ClffiNGED CONDITIONS IN CONNECTION
WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 60-61-42.

~lliEREAS, the City Council of the city of Anaheim
Reclassification No. 60-61-42 on certain property described
by Resolution No. 6591, subject to conditions; and
v~1EREAS, the period of time granted to comply with the
conditions in Resolution 6591 has expired; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and the City Council desire to
substitute new conditions to said Reclassification 60-61-42 and
extend retroactively the time for compliance with said conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 6591 of the City of
Anaheilu granting Reclassification No. 60-61-42 relating to the
zoning of certain property described therein be, and the sarne
is hereby, arnended, substituting the following conditions in
place of the conditions listed in Resolution No. 6591:
I. That a final tract map of subject property shall
be submitted to and approved by the City Council and then be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder, or dedication of
45 feet from centerline of Orangewood Avenue (30 feet existing) ,
dedication of 57 feet from the centerline of West Street (30 feet
existing), preparation of street improvement plans for and
installation of all improvements on West Street in accordance
with approved standard plans on file in the office of the City
Engineer, including installation of sidewalks on Orangewood
Avenue and payment of $2.00 per front foot for street lighting
purposes on Orangewood Avenue and West Street.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the City of Anaheim the sum of 15~ per front foot along Orangewood
Avenue and West Street for tree planting purposes.
3. That final specific plans be submitted to the
Development Services Department and be approved by the Planning
Commission and City Council.
4. That the owners of subject property shall pay
to the City of .Anaheim the appropriate park and recreation in-lieu
fees as determined to be appropriate by the City Council, said
fees to be paid at the time the permit is issued.
5. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans filed with the office of the
Director of Public Works.

6. That a six-foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the north and east property line.
7. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Department.

8. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
properties.
9. Prior to the introduction of an ordinance rezoning
subject property, Conditions Nos. 1, 2, and 3, above mentioned,
shall be completed. The provision and rights granted by this
resolution, shall become null and void by action of the City
Council, unless said conditions are complied with within one year
from the date hereof, or such further time as the City Council
may grant.
lO. That Conditions Nos. 5, 6, 7 and 8, above mentioned,
shall be complied with prior to final building and zoning inspec-
tions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the time granted for com-
pliance with all conditions of this Resolution herein contained
shall expire July IO, 1973, unless further extended by act of the
City Council.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as herein
awarded, Resolution No. 6591 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 29th day of August, 1972.
