The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do resolve and
determine as follows;
SECTION to That the City of Anaheim is the owner and in
possession of certain real property situated in the City of I
Anaheim, County of Orange, S ate o Califor anddqscribed
as follows, to -wit; 7 ��tthe wester-

ly feet of original building lot Fourteen (14) accord-
ing to a map of the original town of Anaheim, recorded in Book
4 of Deeds, at Pages 629 and 630 ol,.Readrds of Orange County,

California, reserving the ten (10) feet for alley par-
poses
SECTION 2, That said real property herein described is
no longer required by the City of Anaheim, or the inhabitants
thereof for any public use.
SECTION 3. That it would be to the interest and advantage
of said City of Anaheim that said real property be sold and,
7HEREAS William C. Gathas of Anaheim, Orange County, Cali-
fornia, has offered to purchase said real property for the sum
of
$7713,75 and has
deposited
with the
City of Anaheim, the sum
of
4500,00 to apply
upon said
purchase
price,
ITOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLM that the City of Ana-
heim smell sell said real property unto said William C. Gathas
for the said sum of $7713.75, `$x'500.00 of which has been paid on
account thereof.
SECTIOII 4. That the President of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim and the City Clerk of the said city be, and
they are hereby authorized and .directed to execute and deliver
unto the said William C. Gathas, a deed of ,conveyance, grant -

right, title, and interest of the said City of Anaheim, in and to
said real property hereinbefore described, upon the payment by
said William C. Gathas of the balance of said purchase price, to-
wit, the sum of $7213,75, and they are hereby authorized to ack-
nowledge said deed for the City of Anaheim, and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim, and to procure, at the expense of the said City
of Anaheim, an unlimited certificate of title, showing the title
to said property to be vested in the City of Anaheim, free from
encumbrances except taxes for the fiscal year 1922 - 1923.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested by
me this 27th day of April, A. D. 1922.
