RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS A1ZTD SPECIFIC ATIONS9
RESOLVED by the Board of trustees of the City of Anaheim that
those certain specificatidna ! marked and designated "Specificatioi
No. 26 for the Construction of Street paving with hydraulic con-
crete base and asphaltic wearing surface in the City of Anaheim,
California," prepared by 0. E. Steward, City Engineer of the City
of Anaheim, and which were filed in the office of the City Clerk
of the City of Anaheim, on the 28th day of July, 1921, be, and
they are hereby adopted as the specifications for the work of
paving the roadway of North Clementine Street in said city from
the southerly property line of Test Cypress Street produced west-
erly across the roadway of North Clementine Street to a line pro -
duoed westerly across the roadway of said North Clementine Street,
said line being parallel to and forty -four and seventy -five hun-
dredths (44.75) feet northerly from the center line of West Cen-
ter Street, (excepting therefrom that portion of the roadway of
North Clementine Street lying between the northerly and southerly
property lines of West Chartres Street produced westerly across
the roadway of said North Clementine Street); also fhr the work
of paving the roadway of South Clementine Street in said city,
from a line produced westerly across the roadway of said South
Clementine Street, said line being parallel to and distant South - !,
erly forty -four and seventy -five hundredths (44.75) feet from the
center line of West Center Street to the northerly property line
of West Broadway Street, produced £lesterly across the roadway of
said South Clementine Street (excepting therefrom that portion
of the roadway of said South Clementine Street lying between the

2 westerly across the roadway of said South. Clementine Street, also
3 excepting therefrom that portion of the roadway of said South

6 way of said South Clementine Street and excepting therefrom that
7 portion of the roadway of said South Olementine Street lying be-

10 tine Street), and that those certain plans and profiles numbered
11 11 14" and designated as "Plan of proposed improvements on Clemen-

13 ard, City Engineer of the City of Anaheim, and which filed in the
14 i office of the City Engineer of said city on the 27th day of April

15 1922, be, and they are hereby adopted as the plans and profiles
16 for the doing of the work herein described.
17 And it is further resolved that said specific�ltions be and
18 remain on file in the office of the City Clerk of said city of
19 Anaheim, and that said plans and profiles be and remain on file
20 in the office of the City Engineer of said city, and that the same
21
may hereafter be referred to for all purposes by the designations
