That those certain specifications marked and designated as "Specifications for printing and advertising for the City of Anaheim," which filed in the office of the City Clerk of said city on the 29th day of Larch, 1922 be, and the same are hereby adopted as the specifications for printing and adver- tising for the City of Anaheim. SECTION 2. Sealed proposals or bids will be received by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, at the office of the City Clerk of said city, up to Thursday the 27th day of April, 1922, for furnishing all printing and advertising for the City of Anaheim, for the year commencing the first day of May, 1922 and ending on the 30th day of April, 1923. Such proposals will be received as follows: First. For all advertising to be done by said city required by law to be published in a daily newspaper published within said city. Second.
