RESOLUTION ORDERING THE DOING OF THE WORK.
The Board of Trustees of the City of .Anaheim do resolve and
determine as follows;
SECTION 1. Whereas the Board of Trustees of the City of Ana-
helm did, on the 9th day of February, 1922, pass and adopt its
Resolution of Intention No, 157 to order the closing up, vacation
and abandonment of certain streets and alleys, and parts of
streets and alleys in the City of Anaheim which are hereinafter
more particularly described, and
WHEREAS the Superintendent of Streets of the said City of
Anaheim did thereafter cause to be published and posted in the
manner and form required by law, notices of the passage of said
Resolution of Intention, and;
WHEREAS no written objections to said work or improvement
ing been made .or filed with the City Clerk of said city and the
time for filing said objections having expired;
NOW THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
does determine and declare that no protests or objections to the
doing of said work have been made or filed, and that said board
of trustees has acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of said
wo rk.
SECTION 2. That the public interest and convenience requires
and the Board of Trustees of, the City of Anaheim does hereby order

two and one -half (2 feet westerly
of the easterly property line of North
Olive Street, produced southerly across
said East Wilhelmina Street, as shown
on said map of said Elk Park Exten-
sion, be closed up, vacated, and aban-

Sabina Street in said city, from the
Southerly property line of East North
Street, produced easterly across said
North Sabina Street, as shown on a
map of Elk Park Extension, recorded

northerly line of East Wilhelmina
Street, produced Easterly across said
North Sabina Street, as shown on said
map of said Elk Park Extension, be
closed up, vacated, and abandoned.
Fifth. That the whole of North
Pauline Street, from the Southerly
property line of East North Street,
produced easterly across said North
Pauline Street, as shown on a map of
Elk Park Extension, recorded in Book
12 of maps, at page 34, Records of Or-
ange County, California, to the norther-
ly property line of East Wilhelmina
Street, produced westerly across said
North Pauline Street, as shown on said
map of said Elk Park Extension, be
ciosed up, vacated, and abandoned.
Sixth. That the whole of that cer-
tain 20 -foot alley, extending northerly
and southerly through Block "A" of
Elk Park Extension, as shown on a
map recorded in Book 12 of maps, at
Page 34, Records of Orange County,
California, from the southerly property
line of East North Street, produced
easterly across said alley as shown on
said map to the northerly property line
of East Wilhelmina Street, produced
easterly across said alley as shown on
said map, be closed up, vacated, and
abandoned.
Seventh. That the whole of that cer-
tain 20 -foot alley running northerly
and southerly through Block "B" of Elk
Park Extension, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 12 of maps, Records
of Orange County, California, from the
southerly property line of East North
Street, produced easterly across said
20 -foot alley as shown on said map to
the northerly property line of East
Wilhelmina Street, produced easterly
across said 20 -foot alley, as shown on
said map of said Elk Park Extension,
be closed up vacated, and abandoned.
SECTION That the several parcels
of land wmftto be taken
for the improvement of the several
streets and alleys herein described, are
described respectively, as follows:
First. Commencing at the northeast
corner of Block "C" of Elk Park Exten-
sion as shown on a map recorded in
Book 12 at page 34 of maps, Records of
Orange County, California; thence
northerly at right angles with the
southerly property line of East North
Street, two and one -half (2%) feet;
thence westerly, parallel with the
southerly property line of East North
Street, according to said map of said
Elk Park Extension, to a Point two and
one -half (2 feet west of the easterly
property line of North Olive Street,
produced northerly across said East
North Street; thence southerly at right
angles two and one -half (2 feet to
the southerly property line of said
East -North Street, extended, as shown
on said map; thence easterly along the
southerly uroperty line of East North

SECTION 3, The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
does determine and declare that no damage will result from said
work and improvement and it is hereby determined and declared that
no assessment is necessary therefor and that no commissioners
shall be appointed to assess any benefits or damages or to have
general supervision or any supervision of said work or improvement
or otherwise.
SECTION 4. All proceedings herein are had and taken
in pursuance to an act of the
Legislature of the State of California,
entitled, "An act to provide for laying
out, opening, extending, widening,
straightening, or closing up, in whole
or in part any street, square, lane, alley,
court or place within municipalities,
and to condemn and acquire any and
all land and property necessary or con -
venient for that purpose," approved
March 6th, 1889, and all acts amenda-
tory thereof or supplementary thereto.
The foregoing resolution rams - �48 d and adopted by the
Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim on the 13 day of April,
1922 and is signed, approved, and attested by me this 1,3 CtZ7
day of April, 1922.
