The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim does resolve and
determine as follows:
SECTICIV 1. That the City of Anaheim is now, and has been, for
many years last past, the owner, and in possession of that certain
real property situated in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, and described as follows:
Commencing at a point 76.5 feet West and 10 feet TTorth of the
Northeast corner of Lot One (1) in Block "T" of "Olive Heights",
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 19, page 18 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, and running thence
East 250 feet; thence South 30 West 160 feet, and thence North
56° 31' blest 289.7 feet to the place of beginning,
SECTION 2. That said lot of land is not now needed for any
public use, and that it would be to the best interests, benefit,
and advantage of said City of Anaheim, if said lot of land were
so ld.
SECTION 3 That the President of the Board of Trustees and
the City Clerk of said city be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed , as soon as this resolution shall take effect,
to execute and cleliver to Olive Milling
Compan9,A deed of conveyance, granting and c nve , ng unto said
Olive Milling t Company, 11 of its right,
title, and interest in and to said land he / reinbefore described,
for and in consideration of the sum of tJ ilk!
Dollars to be paid to the City of
Anaheim, upon delivery of said deed.
