The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do i 9 resolve and determine as follows: 10 (a) That the public interest and also the public necessity 11 demand the acquisition, constraction and completion by the City 12 of Anaheim, jointly with the City of Santa Ana, a municipal cor- 13 poration, of a certain municipal improvement, to -wit, a joint oat- 14 fall sewer, consisting of a sewer treatment site apon which to co 15 stract and the construction of a sewer treatment plant, including 16 all necessary stractures, apparatus, appliancea, machinery, and 17 eqaipment for the reception of and for the proper sufficient 18 and scientific treatment of sewage, together with all necessary 19 rights of way upon which to construct and the construction of an 20 oatfall sewer pipe line, including the acquisition of all necessa , 21 pipe and the payment of the cost and expense of installing said 22 sewer treatment plant and sewer pipe line. 23 (b) That the cost of the acquisition, constraction, and con- 24 pletion of the whole of said described municipal improvement is e 25 timate d to be Two hundred and forty thous and dollars (240, 000.00 26 and the portion thereof to be paid by the City of Anaheim, is es- 27 timated to be Eighty thoasan.d dollars ($80 )9 and is and 28 will be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income 29 and revenue of the City of Anaheim. 30 SECTION 2• The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim do. 31 farther resolve and determine as follows: 32 0 - 1 - Wt %_: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 (a) That the public interest and also the public necessity demand the acquisition, construction, and completion by the City of ,Anaheim of a certain municipal improvement, other and differ- ent from the annioipal improvement here re described, to -wit, an outfall sewer, together with all necessary '_rights of way upon which to construct and the construction of an outfall sewer pipe line including the acquisition of all necessary pipe and the payment of the cost and expense of installing said sewer pipe lin (b) That the a st imate d cost of said improvement is One hun- dred and sixty thousand dollars ( 160,00®,OQ), and is and will bel too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income and reven- ue of the City of Anaheim* I Frank N.
