FOR THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

3 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTS OF M CITY OF ANAHEIM;

SECTION 1. That the Board of Trustees of the City of
5 Anaheim does hereby determine and declare that the public interest
6 4i and necessity require and demand the drilling, construction and
7 ! completion of a water well having an internal diameter of sixteen
S (16) inches and a depth of about 335 feet, for the City of Anaheim
I!
9 SECTION 2. That the specifications, marked and designated,
10 "Specifications for tVater Nell for the City of Anaheim," which
11 �I were filed '' n the office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim

12 on the e2j, day of , be, and they are hereby
13 1 adopted as the specifications for the drilling and constructing of
14 ii said water well.
15 SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City Of Anaheim shell be

17 Anaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
