RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF ODNTRAGT.
RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of the City of .Anaheim,
having in open se ss en 071 the 22nd d*y 'of December, 1921, open-
ed, examined, and publicly declared all., sealed proposals or bids
offered for the following street work, to -wit:
$ereby rejects all of said bids except that next herein men-
tioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to
the lowest responsible bidder to -wit:

The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim is hereby directed to
post a notice of this award conspicuously for five days on or
near the chamber door of the Board of Trustees of said City of
Anaheim and also publish said notice by two insertions in the
"Anaheim Daily Herald," a daily newspaper, printed, published
and circulated in said city and hereby designated for that pur-
pose by said Board of Trustees.
The City Clerk of said City is further instructed to post
conspicuously for five days on or near the chamber door of the
Board of Trustees of said City a copy of the Specifications for
said work, which said specifications are marked and designated
"Specifications No. 27 for the construction of street paving
with hydraulic concrete in the City of Anaheim, California
which said specifications were adopted by said Board of Trus-
tees by resolution on the 8th day of September, 1921, which said
specifications are on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim.
