RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 371
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-357
AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF DONALD D. WILLIS
AS A GOLF PROFESSIONAL.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim, pursuant
to Resolution No. 72R-357 dated August 15, 1972, authorized the
employment of Donald D. Willis as a Golf Professional at the
Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to said resolution, the City of
Anaheim and Donald D. Willis have been unable to agree upon the
terms and conditions of said employment; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
determine it to be in the best interests of the City of Anaheim
to rescind Resolution No. 72R-357 authorizing the employment of
Donald D. Willis as a Golf Professional.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 72R-357 be, and the same
is hereby rescinded and of no further force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of August, 1972.
