;, RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEH1 RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 72R-343,
PBLATING TO THE EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIH
DEED (La Palma Avenue and Shepard Street)
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of August, 1972, the City
Council by its Resolution No. 72R-343 did authorize the Mayor and
City Clerk to execute a quitclaim deed to certain Anaheim Union
Water Company easements in the vicinity of La Palma Avenue and
Shepard Street in the City of Anaheim; and
':'!HEREAS, the City Council has since determined that
it would be in the best interests of the City to proceed with
abandonment procedures in connection with said easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it rescind and it does hereby rescind
its Resolution No. 72R-343 and does direct that any quitclaim
deed whic~ may have been executed in compliance therewith be
forthwith destroyed.
THE FOREGOING P~SOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of August , 1972.
