A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TEID~S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACID1ENT PE1~1IT AND AUTHORIZING THE
~mYOR AND CITY CLEro< TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
MENT PEW1IT WITH GILBERT-LA PALr1A PROPERTIES,
A PARTNERSHIP.
WHEREAS, Gilbert-.La Palma Properties, a partnership,
hereinafter referred to as ';LICENSEE", is the owner of property
in the City of AnaheiR over which the City owns an easement for
public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, Licensee wishes to use a portion of said
easement for parking and landscaping purposes; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensee is allowed to encroach upon
the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship will
be caused to theR; and
WHEREAS, the pro9osed encroachment for the installation
of additional parking area and landscaping across a portion of
the easement of City will not interfere with the present use of
the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that. the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Gilbert-La Palma
Properties, a partnership, be and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized to execute said license agreement on behalf
of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
