RESOLUTION NO. 72R-347
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DENYING A HOUSEMOVING PERMIT TO
RENATO DURIGON TO MOVE A DWELLING HOUSE AND
DETACHED GARAGE FROM l4830 PIUMA, NORWALK,
CALIFORNIA, TO l6l5 VARNA STREET, ANAHEIM,
CALIFORNIA.
WHEREAS, Renato Durigon, having filed a written
application for a housemoving permit to move a dwelling house
and detached garage from 14830 Piuma, Norwalk, California, to
l6l5 Varna Street, Anaheim, California; and
WHEREAS, said application having been set for public
hearing on the l5th day of August, 1972, at the hour of l:30
o'clock P.M., and notice of the time and place fixed for said
public hearing having been given by mail to all persons residing
within a radius of three hundred feet from the property upon
which it is proposed to move said house and garage, at least
ten days prior to the date fixed for said hearing, as the names
of such owners appeared upon the last available tax assessment
roll; and
WHEREAS, said matter having come on regularly for
hearing upon said date and said hearing having been duly held
and conducted and all persons interested therein given an oppor-
tunity to be heard, and the City Council having duly considered
said application for a housemoving permit, together with all
evidence and reports submitted in connection therewith, does
find that said permit should not be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'I' RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the application of Renato Durigon to
move a dwelling house and detached garage from l4830 Piuma,
Norwalk, California, to l6l5 Varna Street, Anaheim, California,
be, and the same is hereby, denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this l5th day of August, 1972.
