were adopted by said Board of Trustees by resolati6n on the 28th
day of July, 1921 which said specifications are on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim in the City Hall
in said City.
That in accordance with the Resolution of Intention No. 153
passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Ana-
heim on the 17th day of November, 1921 said Board of Trustees
