RESOLUTION NO. 72R- 346
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEn~_ l\UTHORIZING Al'JD DIRECTING THE MAYOR
Ai'JD CITY CLEPJ\ TO EXECUTE THAT CERTAIN Al'1END-
MENT TO TOPICS PROJECT T-3041(130) WITH THE
STATE OF CALIFORNI2\.
WHEREAS, in connection with the TOPICS Project T--3041 (130)
authorized pursuant to City of Anaheim Resolution No. 70R-610 on
the construction, modification and interconnection of traffic
signals the State of Californic, Division of Hi9hways, has sub-
mitted an amendment therto; and
WHEREAS, said amendment to agreement has been received
by all City departments involved and has been found to be satis-
factory in all respects; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the Ci-ty of Anaheim to enter into said amendment to
TOPICS Project T-3041(130) with the State of California.
NOH, 'l'HEREFORE, BI: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim tha.t the Hayor and the City Clerk be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain amendment to TOPICS Project T--304l(130),
on the cons-truction, modification and interconnection of traffic
signals, between -the City of Anahei;,' and the State of California.
