A RESOLU'l'ION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIH AUTHORIZING TIlE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED (ANAHEIM
UNION WATER COMPANY EASEMENT, SOUTHEAST COro~ER
LA PALf1A AVENUE AND SHEPARD STREET) .
\'lHEREAS, heretofore, the City of Anaheim acquired certain
easements from the Anaheim Union Water Company; and
WHEREAS, one of said easements crosses diagonally over
property at the southeast corner of La Palma Avenue and Shepard
Street; and
\~fEREAS, the City of Anaheim no longer has need of said
easement and it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim
to release the same.
0lmv, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed
"to whoever is the owner of the adjoining property at the southeast
corner of La Palma Avenue and Shepard Street".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Quit Claim Deed,
when executed, be delivered to the Office of the City Attorney
for transmittal.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
