RESOLUTION NO. 72R-334

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION NO. 67-68-21.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 3lst day of October,
1967, the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 67R-606 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 67-68-21, as amended by Resolution No.
68R-78, finding and determining that the property and area therein
described should be changed from the 80-AR-IO,OOO, AGRICULTURAL-
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT (County of Orange Zoning), and incorporated
in the R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, subject to certain
conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
the conditions set forth in said resolution have not been complied
with by the applicant, and that said proceedings for the reclassi-
fication of said property should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with application
67-68-21 for a change of zone be, and the same are hereby terminated
and that Resolution No. 67R-606, as amended by Resolution No.
68R-78, be and the same is hereby declared to be null and void
from and after this date.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of August, 1972.
