A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AREA DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NO. 110, EXHIBIT "A".
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did hold a public hearing to consider Area Development
Plan No. 110 encompassing an area more particularly hereinafter
described, and at said hearing did receive evidence and reports
from persons interested therein and from its staff; and
WHEREAS, within a period of forty (40) days following
the hearing thereon, the City Planning Commission did duly
announce a formal resolution, its findings of facts and declare
its opinions and reasons for recommending approval of Area
Development Plan No. 110, Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings and recommendations of the City Plan-
ning Commission, the City Council did fix the 8th day of August,
1972, as the time and the City Council Chamber in the City
Hall in the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing
upon said area Development Plan No. 110; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports and did there-
upon consider the summary of evidence presented at said public
hearing before the Planning Commission, its report of findings
and recommendations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
Area Development Plan No. 110, Exhibit "A" should be approved as
recommended by the City Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Area Development Plan No. 110, Exhibit
"A", encompassing the following described area in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, to wit:
That area bounded on the North by the Santa Ana Canyon
Road, on the East by Anaheim Hills (Walnut Canyon) Road
on the South by Nohl Ranch Road, and on the West by
Imperial Highway.
and determination of proper circulation and access within said
area be, and the same is hereby approved.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 8th day of August, 1972.
