RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Na'. 152.
RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
that Resolution of Intention No. 152, entitled: "In the matter
of paving a certain alley in the City of Anaheim being the
southerly alley running easterly and westerly in Block "K" of
the Vineyard Lot "D-5", according to a map of said tract record-
ed in Book 17 at page 72 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angel-
es County, California," passed and adopted by the Board of Trus-
tees of the City of Anaheim, on the 13th day of October, 1921,
be, and the same is hereby rescinded, vacated, set aside, and
repealed, and all proceedings taken thereunder are Igereby aban-
doned, vacated, and set aside.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and attested
by me this 17th day of November, A. D. 1921*
