TO - East Center Street,, in the City of Anaheim, California, any and all persons having objections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before the Board of Trustees of the City of nnaheim, and show cause why said proposed work and improvement should not be carried out in accordance with this resolution. Section 3. The Anaheim Daily Herald is hereby designated as the newspaper printed, published and circulated in said city, in which this Resolution of Intention shall be published. The City Clerk of the City of sneheir is hereby directed to publish this resolution by two successive insertions in said newspaper, and to post the same for two days, conspicuously on or near the chamber door of the Board of Trustees of the said City of Anaheim. The Street Superintendent shall immediately cause to be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work or improvement at not more than three hurdred feet in distance apart,' notices of the passage of this resolution of intention in the manner and form requiied by law. All of the herein proposed work and improvement and all pro- ceedings taken in regard thereto shall be in )ursuance of and in accordance with an Act of the legislature of the State of Califor- 28 nia, entitled, "In Act to provide for mark in and upon streets, 29 avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks within munic- 30 1 ipalities, and upon property and rights of way owned by manicipali- 31 ties, and for establiVing and changing the grades of any such 32 streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks, and -2- - '( I groviding for the issuance and payment of street improvement bonds to represent certain assessments for the cost thereof and providin la method for the payment of such bonds."
