RESOMED by the Board of Trustees of the City of iLnaheim:
Section 1. That the public interest and convenience require
and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Inaheim to order the follovdng street work to be done in said
city, to-wit
That that certain alley being the southerly alley running
easterly and westerly through Block "N" of the Center Tract in the

City Of AxWim, according to 4, map of said tract rec in
Book 14, at Rage 13 of 1',liscellaneoas Records of Los Angeles County
California, from the Easterly ;roperty line of South los Angeles,
Street in said pity, produced southerly across said alley, to the
westerly property line of South Claudina Street, produced Souther
across said alley, be graded to the official grade and paved with
hydraulic concrete.
Said work shall be done in accordance with the plans, pro-
files and specifications tAerefor, which said plans and profiles
were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, by
resolution on the 8th day of September, 1921, are numbered "10"
and are marked and designated "Plan of proposed improvement on that

certain alley in Block "U", Center Tract, Anahelb, California,"
and are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said City,
and which said specifications were adopted by the Board of TrusteeE
of the City of Anaheim, by resolution on the 8th day of September,
1921, and which said specifications are marked and designated
"Specification No. 27, for the construction of street paving with
hydraulic concrete, in the City of Anaheim, California," which sW

Section 2. Notice is hereby given that on #hursday, the
110th day of November, 1921, at the hour of 8 o'clock p.m., at the
,chamber of the Board of Trustees of the City of Lnaheim in Room 1
of the Masonic Temple Wilding at Do. A- D' East Center Street,
in the City of Anaheim, California, any and all persons having
lbjections to the proposed work or improvement may appear before
;he Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, and show cause why
;aid proposed work and improvement should not be carried out in
acoidance with this resolution.
Section 3. sire Anaheim Daily Herald is hereby designated
z the newspaper printed, published and circulated in said city,
n iiihich this Resolution of Intention shall be published.
lhe City Clerk of the Gity of Anaheim is hereby directed to
ublish this resolution by two successive insertions in said news-
aper, and to post the same for two days, conspicuously on or near
he chanter door of the Board of Trustees of the said City of
.naheim.
The Street Superintendent shall immediately cause to be con-
picuously posted along the line of said contemplated work or im-
rovement at not more than three hundred feet in distance apart,
stices of the passage of this resolution of intention in the manne
.nd form required by law.
All of the herein proposed work and improvement and all pro-
eedings taken in regard thereto shall be in pursuance of and in
wcordance with an Act of the legislature of the State of Galiforni
entitled, "An Act to provide for work in and upon streets, avenues
ones, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks within municipalities,
,nd upon property and rights of way owned by municipalities, and
' or establishing and changing the grades of any such streets,
.venues, lanes, alley`:, courts, places and sidewalks, ana providing

for the issuance .-nd payment of street improvement bonds to repre-
sent certain assessment; for the cost thereof <nd providing a
method for the payment of such bonds." Approved April 7, 1911,
