RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION OF INTENTION Nth. 150.
BES01VED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,
that Resolution of Intention No. 150, entitled: "In the Hatter
of Paving a •certain alley in the City of .Anaheim running easter-
ly and westerly in Block "B" of the Center Tract, according to
a map of said tract recorded in Book 14 at page 13 of lTiscellan-
eous Records of Los Angeles County, California," passed and a-
dopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, on the
13th day of October, 1921, be, and the same is hereby rescinded,
vacated, set aside, and repealed, and ail proceedings taken
thereunder are hereby abandoned, vacated, and set aside.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved, and attested
by me this 17th day of November, A. D. 1921,
