RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim:
Section 1. That the public interest and convenience require
and that it is the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City
of Anaheim to order the following street work to be done in a&id
city, to-wit:
That that certain alley being the Northerly alley running
easterly and westerly in Block "B" of the Center Tract in the City
of Anaheirt, California, according to a map of said tract recorded
in Book 14, at ;gage 13 of Yliscellaneous :records of cos ',ngeles

County, California, from the easterly property line of south
Claudina Street, pr oduced southerly across said alley, to the
westerly property line of South Philadelphia Street, produced
southerly across said alley, be graded to tree official grade and
paved with hydraulic concrete.
Said work shall be lone in accordance with � he plans, pro-
files and specifications therefor, wAicn said plans and - xofiles
were adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of .1naheim, by
resolution on the 8th day of September, 1921, are numbered I'll" and
are marked and designated 11 21an of proposed improvement on that
certain alley in Block "B" of the Center Tract, Anaheim, California
and are on file in the office of the City Engineer of said city,
and which specifications were adopted by the Bloard of Trustees of
the city of Anaheim, by resolution on the Oth day of Sept ember ,
1921, and which said specifications are marked and designated
"Specification No. 27 for the construction of street - paving with
hydraulic, concrete, in the City of Anaheim, California," which

Section 2. Notice is hereby given that on 1 the 10

The foregoing Resolution of Intention is signed, approved
