RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,

that Resolution of Intention No. 149, entitled; '"In the matter

of Pavin* Certain Portions of the Roadway of East Chartres Street
and West Chartres Street in the City of Anaheim, State of Cali-

fornia," passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City

II of Anaheim, on the 13th day of October, 1921, be, and the same

proceedings taken thereunder are hereby abandoned, vacated, and
