RESOLUTION.
RESOIVED by the Board of IYustees of the City of Anaheiml
1t Ist. That the public interest and necessity require

that the City of -Anaheim sell and convey unto Samuel Kraemer,

of PLIcentia, Ora.-age County, California, that certain real
property situated in the County of Orange, State of California,
7
and which is described as follows, to-wit

The easterly five tenths (.5) feet of the
9 westerly twenty and twelve hundredths (20.12) feet,
Three (3) in Block "B" of the Center tract
10 as shown on a map recorded in Book 14, Page 13
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, State
11 of California.
12 M 2nd. That the President of the Board of Trustees and
13 the City Clerk of said City be and they are hereby instructed,
14 as soon as this resolution shall take effect, to execute and
15 deliver unto said Samuel IfEraemer a deed of conveyance, granting
16 and conveying unto the said Samuel Kraemer all of the right
17 1 title and interest of the said City of -knaheim in and to said
18 property hereinbefore described and to cause to be executed and
19 issued by some reliable title searching corporation within the
20 County of Orange an unlimited Certificate of Title showing the
21 title of said prenises to be vested in the City of Anaheim free
22 and o1dar of all liens and encumbrances.
23 3rd. The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim shall certi

24 pa,. sage of this resolution and, cause the same to be pub-
25 lished once in the tmaheim Gazette, a newspaper of general cix-
26 culation printed, published and circulated in said city, anci
27 thirty days after its passage it shall take effect and be in full
28 force.

The foregoing resolution was passed and adopted at a
regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
held on the 22nd day of September, 1921 and is signed, approved
and attested by me this 22nd day of September, 1921.
